Introduction

In Agile projects, all stakeholders are closely engaged and able to see the team’s progress  throughout execution. The close engagement of stakeholder allows them to have more clarity of the project schedule, budget, resources allocation and utilization. This helps them to predict the output of the project in very early stages of the project.
Agile allows the change during the project execution and this is one of the key advantage to customers. In previous older methods this was one of the key blocker.
